Is this a subscription? No. You pay once. Access runs until 28 February 2027 and then ends. Nothing renews.
What if I already started a subject? Your progress is saved on your account. Buying unlocks the subject again with everything you did.
Can I get a refund? Yes, within 14 days of buying. Email rlesselin@gmail.com. Details are in the terms.
Are you the university? No. Unilearn is independent. It is not affiliated with the University of St. Gallen or the University of Neuchâtel.
How do I delete my data? Account → Delete account. That removes your study record, your activity log, and your login. Details are in the privacy policy.
